KDN moments - Renewing Passport and IC
Had to renew my passport couple days ago as mine was going to expired soon.
Run to 4 different Immigration of Department places in 3 days time period. It was an awesome idea heading to UTC Pudu Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and Mini UTC Sentul, KL on weekends... Do prevent yourself from going UTC Pudu, KL on weekend if you can. Total nightmare. I was at UTC in Pudu Sentral, KL at 8.30am and the queue was just outrageous. Epic. Even in Mini UTC, Sentul.
Giving up, I head over to Jalan Doraisamy for Yut Kee kopitiam famous Pork Chop. Yuummm Yuumm.
and Monday comes, having the assumption of 'hmmmm,maybe there won't be much people or empty' (yeah right, you wish) was wrong. Head first to Terminal Subang which then realized it has been shifted to Plaza Glomac (smart move, Pauline) in Kelana Jaya. Sampai kat sana, "oh sorry out of number,dik. Please come back tomorrow." was the officer announcing to us poor wee bastards lining sampai kat luar jabatan Imigresen Kelana Jaya.
So decided to try my luck in Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) Wilayah Persekutuan, Jalan Duta, took a cab there and abang teksi driver somehow dropped me at HASIL instead. That alone cab fare cost me $30 (fantasticoo. nvm), managed to find KDN W.P in the end aside being harassed by some douche outside HASIL waiting for MyTeksi SoSeksi.
Now, most of you wonder why this idiotic bimbo did not renew her passport online on Portal Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia . I did try, but i guess my timing was just great that they removed it. And why not the Kiosk machine.. My dearest friends, the government either decide to upgrade the Kiosk or they just shut them whole Kiosk wasting citizen money because none of the Kiosk worked. What was the officer comment on this? Mereka pun tak pasti sangat.
So my slow and annoying 3-4 hours of waiting for my passport renewal starts by mimicking every numbers that is announced to each counter. Trust me, my beloved might have been really annoyed by my doing.
And I see a Datin cutting queue. Haha. I wish I had that privilege.
By the way, renewing IC only cost $10. My butt was too itchy sitting quietly and i ran downstairs to the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) to renew my IC. Took only less than 2 hours to get my new IC done.
