Contest Rules & Regulations
This contest is only open to those who are residing in Malaysia, including Malaysia citizens,
Malaysia Permanent Residents and others.
• All employees of THE ATMOSPHERE, the agency and its associated entities are not
eligible to participate in this “Strike A Pose Photo Contest”.
• Multiple entries are allowed but only ONE prize will be awarded to ONE participant PER
entrant.
• All entries submitted must show that it is the original work of the participant. The participant must be present in the image.
• Contests are segregated into 2 themes; First theme is “Most Liked Photo”. The second theme is “Most Creative Photo”. “Most Liked Photo” winner be determined by the public, friends & family. “Most Creative Photo” contest will be judged by the Management of The Atmosphere. Previous photo submissions made in the first contest that did not win are eligible to enter the second contest.
• Management will base their assessment on the creativity of the pictures uploaded by the participants.
• THE ATMOSPHERE reserve the right to disqualify entries that appear to receive votes from Facebook accounts that cannot be verified.
• The Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• This contest is valid from 22nd Dec 2013 to 16th Feb 2014. Any entries received after this period will not be considered.
• Online voting for the first theme contest will end on 19th Jan 2014. Any votes received after this period will not be considered.
• Winners will be notified via phone and email.
• Winners must produce their Identification documents, such as Identification Card or Passport, at the point of prize redemption. Authorization letter together with the winner’s Identification document are required if someone else picks up the award on behalf of the winner.
• All prizes must be claimed by the stipulated date indicated in the information sent to the winners. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
• Prizes are strictly non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
• THE ATMOSPHERE reserves the right to substitute the contest entitlement with another of equivalent value and amend any terms & conditions without prior notice.
• THE ATMOSPHERE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this contest shall constitute acceptance of these terms & conditions and the amendment thereof.
• All participating users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of THE ATMOSPHERE.
